International Science Festival in Gothenburg, 17-22 April

science-festival

With hundreds of activities and about 70,000 visits The International Science Festival in Gothenburg is one of Europe’s leading popular science events and the only one of its kind in Sweden.

Theme 2018: What are we?

Why do we follow the stream? Why do we stand against things? What is it that makes us organise ourselves in times of unrest? The theme for 2018 – “What are we” – investigates collective actions and how big networks interact. Within the theme you can find everything from how metabolism and cells in our bodies work, to what mechanisms govern our actions in social media. With The Internet of Things we are going to be more connected than ever. Are we ready for that? And who are actually “we”?

School Programme: 16-27 April, Open Programme: 18-22 April
